RUSSELL ATHLETIC, known as the originator of the sweatshirt, and Harajuku-based vintage shop BerBerJin are set to release the second installment of their collaboration.
The collection will be available from Saturday, September 26, at selected retailers across Japan and through the online store.
The lineup includes a 2nd Type jacket, a style closely associated with BerBerJin, along with double-knee painter pants and two crewneck sweatshirts, for a total of four pieces.
As with the first collaboration, the designs draw inspiration from vintage pieces encountered by Kosuke Makita while sourcing in the United States. Made with signature RUSSELL ATHLETIC fabrics, the collection connects with the brand’s heritage while giving these classic references a contemporary update.
